RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the cost of the item, less a 20% restocking fee.
Please email us for a RA# (return authorization number). We will email you the proper address to return your merchandise.
Send the item to us with your name and address on the box. Please pack your shipment securely via UPS or Parcel Post (preferably insured for your protection).
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.
We do not refund the cost of shipping.
All orders that are cancel after the order has been shipping a 20% restocking is applied plus all shipping charges will be charge on the refund cost.
Orders refused by Buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, costs of labor, and freight charges.
We will not accept returns on Sale Merchandise(These products are reduced to sell out), Holy Water, Insence, and Holy Oil products (we need to maintain products reliability and suitability). or Food products.
